Payment Methods

Covenant Goods accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partner.

One-Time Billing

All purchases are processed as one-time charges. We do not offer subscriptions, recurring billing, or automatic renewals. Each order is a standalone transaction — you are charged once at the time of purchase and never again unless you place a new order.

Transaction Security

Every transaction is protected by industry-standard security measures:

• SSL Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS technology.
• AVS Verification: Address Verification Service confirms that the billing address you provide matches your card issuer’s records.
• CVV Verification: The card security code is verified on every transaction to prevent unauthorized use.
• 3D Secure: Where supported, additional cardholder authentication (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check) adds a layer of protection.
• PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliance: Our payment infrastructure meets the highest level of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. We never store full card numbers on our servers.

Statement Descriptor

Charges from Covenant Goods will appear on your statement as COVENANT GOODS. If you do not recognize a charge, please check your recent orders before contacting your bank. We are happy to help clarify any transaction — reach out to us at our contact page before initiating a dispute with your card issuer.

Refunds
